Chloe is Mia's best friend who first appeared in "Best Friends Wherever".

Chloe is a brown and white spotted cow calf with gray hooves, a pink nose and ears, light green eyes, along with a small tail that's the same color as her skin. She wears a red collar with the T.O.T.S. icon, and a white diaper with a red trim, plus both corn cob and barn patterns.
Personality[]
She enjoys hanging out with her best friend, playing, eating, painting pictures, and her own monkey lovey, Senior Scuffins.
